About Me
I'm Kevin Ferguson, a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a background in Technical Consulting for the United States Marine Corps. My passion for technology, combined with a strong foundation in business administration and a collection of IT certifications, has equipped me to take on the challenges of the ever-evolving tech landscape.
My journey began with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. From there, I ventured into the world of IT, earning certifications in ITIL4, CSM by ScrumAlliance, Security+ by CompTIA, and ServiceNow certifications including Architecture Excellence (ArchX), CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM / SPM / HR / CSM / EM / HAM.
My most recent accomplishment is obtaining the ArchX Certification from ServiceNow, a milestone that marked my transition into the architectual side of the ecosystem.
During my time in the Marine Corps, I developed key skills in stress management, adaptability, and pushing beyond my comfort zone. These experiences, combined with my technical expertise, have prepared me to take on the role of a Technical Architect in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
In addition to my technical skills, I excel in problem-solving and leveraging various resources such as Google, product documentation, and more to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
